PMI Realty Nevada is a full service Property Management company with six licensed property managers on staff. We serve the entire southern Nevada area and provide property owners with security and peace of mind in the care of their properties. The only thing our owners need to do is make sure the proceeds deposited into their account are accurate. We do all the rest! And we do it using the world famous Buildium Property Management System. Owners, tenants and property managers at PMI Realty Nevada get ID’s and passwords that allow proper entry to your specific account to track property performance.

Our system gives us access to credit checks, tenant payments, owner’s proceeds, W-9 vendors for all repair work and a true Trust Account reconciliation. We account for all proceeds and make sure owners and vendors all receive their due funds in a timely manner.

PMI Realty Nevada manages more than 100 single family homes, some Townhomes & condos as well as commercial office parks. We have long term, healthy relationships with over 30 vendors who help maintain the properties the way owners want them maintained. Tenant Screening- We check backgrounds on all of our applicants above 17 years of age and verify current employment, current and past rental history, credit checks, and debt to income ratio. We also check criminal histories nationwide as well as the terror watch list and sex offender databases

Advertising / Marketing Your Home- Your home is marketed on the MLS, all relevant real estate websites, and through our partnerships with local real estate agents that we trust to co-market our listings. We also advertise through any other cost-effective methods that will provide the best results and tenants for you.

Maintenance- Our approved vendors are licensed and insured and follow specific billing and procedural requirements. If the home is occupied we need to be able to respond to the needs of the property and tenants quickly and efficiently, ensure standards of service and cleanliness are met.
